Practical AI Skills Your Whole Office Can Use
Most staff open Copilot, type one question and stop. This course shows every department how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot properly inside the apps they already use every day — safely, accurately and in less time.
Works Where You Already Work
Copilot sits inside Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Learn to draft, summarise, analyse and present without switching tools or copying and pasting into a web chatbot.
Grounded in Your Own Work Files
Microsoft 365 Copilot can use the emails, meetings and documents you already have access to. Learn how to point it at the right files so answers are about your work, not the internet.
Safe, Responsible Use
Understand what Copilot can and cannot see, how to check its answers, and the habits that keep company and personal data (PDPA) protected when using AI at work.
One Class, Every Department
A mixed-department class for everyday office work — no technical or AI background needed.
Executives & Admin Staff
Office, admin and support staff who write emails, minutes, letters and reports every day and want to do it faster with Copilot.
Every Department
HR, finance, sales, marketing, procurement and operations staff in one mixed class — exercises use everyday office tasks that apply to any role.
Managers & Team Leads
Leaders who want to catch up on meetings and email faster, prepare updates and presentations, and guide their team to use Copilot well.
Six Modules. Basic to Intermediate.
Hands-on from the first hour, using real office tasks in each Microsoft 365 app.

Frequently asked questions
How does an HRD Corp claim work with AISynergy?
Your employer submits the grant application through e-TRiS before training begins. After grant approval, the course fee is handled under the approved HRD Corp Claimable Courses scheme. Approval and claim amounts depend on employer eligibility, available levy and HRD Corp’s decision.
What documents do you provide?
For HRD Corp registrations, we email the quotation, invoice, course outline or schedule, and trainer profiles to support your application. Training attendance and other post-course documents are handled for the claim process as applicable.
How early should we apply for the grant?
Submit the e-TRiS grant application well before the course date and wait for approval before training starts. Processing times vary, so early submission is recommended. Check the latest requirements with HRD Corp.
Is the course guaranteed to be 100% reimbursed?
No fixed reimbursement amount is guaranteed. HRD Corp assesses each grant application, and the approved amount depends on the employer’s eligibility, levy and current scheme rules.
