Cloud flows automate processes that run online — connecting apps like SharePoint, Outlook and Teams through triggers and actions. Power Automate Desktop (RPA) automates tasks on your desktop and legacy applications that don’t have cloud connectors. The course covers both.
Do we need existing Microsoft 365 licences to take this course or use Power Automate afterwards?
Power Automate is part of the Microsoft Power Platform and works alongside Microsoft 365. Licensing requirements depend on which connectors and premium features you plan to use — we’re happy to talk through your organisation’s existing licences and what they cover.
