HRD Corp Levy Guidelines

HRD Corp (Human Resources Development Corporation, formerly HRDF) administers a statutory training levy paid by registered Malaysian employers under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act. Employers use their accumulated levy balance to fund approved training for their employees, including HRD Corp-claimable courses like ours.

Levy contribution rates, registration thresholds and eligibility rules are set and updated by HRD Corp directly. For the current official rates and requirements, always refer to HRD Corp's own portal at hrdcorp.gov.my — this page is a general guide, not a substitute for HRD Corp's own official information.

   Ensure your company is HRD Corp registered and has a sufficient levy balance.

   Select AISynergy as your training provider and obtain your quotation, trainer profile and course outline.

   Apply on e-TRiS

   Apply for the grant on e-TRiS under the SBL-KHAS scheme — approval typically takes 5–7 working days.

   Attend Training

   Attend the training and collect attendance records.

   Submit Your Claim

   Submit your claim on e-TRiS — claims are typically processed within 4 working days.
