Complete guide for individuals and companies to navigate HRD Corp training applications seamlessly.
For Individual Employees
- Confirm Employer RegistrationEnsure your employer is registered with HRD Corp before proceeding with any training applications.
- Verify Course EligibilityCheck that the training program is HRD Corp claimable and meets all requirements.
- Participate in TrainingAttend the training session as scheduled and engage actively in all activities.
- Complete Attendance RequirementsEnsure at least 75% attendance to qualify for claims.
- Assist with DocumentationProvide necessary documents, such as the T3 Form, to your employer for claim purposes.
For Companies
- 1Step 1: Confirm EligibilityEnsure your company is registered with HRD Corp and has a sufficient levy balance. Verify that the training provider is HRD Corp-registered.
- 2Step 2: Select a Training ProviderChoose an HRD Corp-registered training provider offering the desired course.
- Obtain the following documents from the provider: Quotation/Invoice, Trainer Profile, Course Outline.
- 3Step 3: Apply for Grant via e-TRiSLog in to the e-TRiS portal. Navigate to Application > Grant > Apply Grant.
- Fill in the grant application form: select SBL-KHAS as the scheme, input training details and attach the documents obtained from the provider, add trainee details and course fee information.
- Submit the application and await HRD Corp approval — approval typically takes 5–7 working days.
- 4Step 4: Conduct TrainingEnsure all participants attend the training session.
- Collect attendance and other necessary forms, such as the JD14 Form, from participants.
- 5Step 5: Submit ClaimAfter training, log in to e-TRiS. Navigate to Applications > Claim > Submit Claim With Grants – TP.
- Fill in the claim form: verify training and trainee details, update attendance records, attach required documents including the T3 Form and JD14 Form.
- Submit the claim for HRD Corp processing — claims are typically processed within 4 working days.
