Privacy Policy

This site is operated by AISynergy (aisynergy.my), a business brand owned by iSpring Solutions (AS0474610-W). Invoices, quotations and payments are issued by and made to iSpring Solutions. You can reach us at Contact@aisynergy.my.

We use a small number of outside services and our own website analytics to run and improve this site. Each receives only the data described below for the purpose stated:

• Our website server and configured iCloud SMTP account — receive contact, newsletter and registration details so that we can reply and administer your request.
• DeepSeek — the AI service that generates the chatbot’s replies. Your message and recent chat history are sent to DeepSeek to produce a response; DeepSeek does not receive your name, email or phone number.
• Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use this site (which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and similar aggregate statistics), so we can improve it. See "Cookies and local storage" below for what this involves on your device, and Google’s own privacy policy for how Google itself handles this data.
• AISynergy first-party analytics — records page views and selected actions, such as opening a contact form, viewing a course registration form, or requesting a brochure. It stores a random browser identifier, page or event name, timestamp, and estimated country and state for page views on our website server. It does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, or full IP addresses in analytics events.
• IPWho.is — receives a visitor’s public IP address from our server to estimate the country and Malaysian state for page-view analytics. We cache the result using a keyed hash of the IP address and store only the estimated country and state with the page view. IP-based locations are approximate and can be wrong for VPNs, mobile networks, and shared connections.
• Google Ads — measures how well our Google advertising works (for example, whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to view or register for a course) and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this site. See "Cookies and local storage" below, and Google’s own privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Apart from Google Ads, we do not use these services for advertising.

This site uses Google Analytics and AISynergy first-party analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. AISynergy sets a first-party cookie named ais_visitor containing a random identifier that lasts for up to 180 days. Our server uses it to estimate repeat browsers and count page views and selected course, contact, brochure, and registration actions. For page views, our server sends the visitor’s public IP address to IPWho.is over HTTPS to estimate country and state; only the estimated country and state are stored with the event. We do not use the browser identifier to identify you by name, and we do not include form contents or contact details in analytics events. The site also uses the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure the results of our Google advertising and may be used to show you our ads on other websites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics in your browser using Google’s own opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by blocking cookies in your browser’s own privacy settings. You can also control or turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

Separately from analytics, the chatbot stores two small pieces of information directly in your own browser (not on our servers, and not related to Google Analytics or Google Ads):

• your name, email and phone number, if you provide them, so the chat remembers you on a later visit to this site;
• a marker noting that you have already seen the chat’s one-time greeting prompt this session, so it is not shown to you again.

You can clear any of this at any time through your browser’s own privacy or site-data settings.

First-party analytics events are kept for up to 90 days. Enquiries, bookings and chat transcripts sent to our team by email are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for our own business records. If you would like us to delete personal data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Contact@aisynergy.my. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

This site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this page from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
