This page explains what personal data aisynergy.my collects, why, and how it is used. It describes what this website actually does — not a generic template. Last updated: 8 September 2026.

Who we are

This site is operated by AISynergy (a brand of Ispring Solutions Sdn Bhd, trademark AS0474610-W). You can reach us at Contact@aisynergy.my.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in a contact or enquiry form

If you use the "Book a Consultation" form, the contact page form, or either newsletter sign-up, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you choose to provide. This is sent to our team so we can respond to your enquiry, and to our email newsletter list if you sign up for one. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

When you use the chatbot (Rachel)

If you chat with our website assistant, we collect the messages you type, and the name, email and phone number you provide if you choose to share them. This is used to:

  • generate a reply, using a third-party AI service (see below);
  • notify our team by email so we can follow up, if you provide contact details or ask to book a consultation;
  • send a summary of the conversation to our team by email once you leave the page, so we can review and follow up if needed.

If you provide your name in the chat, your browser remembers it (see "Cookies and local storage" below) so you are not asked again if you come back — this stays on your own device and is not something we can see or retrieve.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each only receives the data described above, only for the purpose stated:

  • Web3Forms — processes the contact and newsletter forms and delivers their content to us by email. Web3Forms is designed for exactly this and does not require you to create an account.
  • DeepSeek — the AI service that generates the chatbot’s replies. Your message and recent chat history are sent to DeepSeek to produce a response; DeepSeek does not receive your name, email or phone number.
  • Resend — the email delivery service we use to receive the leads, bookings and chat transcripts described above.
  • Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use this site (which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and similar aggregate statistics), so we can improve it. See "Cookies and local storage" below for what this involves on your device, and Google’s own privacy policy for how Google itself handles this data.

We do not use these services, or any other, for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and how people generally navigate the site — as aggregate statistics, not to identify you personally. Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies on your device to do this. We do not use any other analytics script, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking scripts of any kind.

You can opt out of Google Analytics in your browser using Google’s own opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by blocking cookies in your browser’s own privacy settings.

Separately, the chatbot stores two small pieces of information directly in your own browser (not on our servers, and not related to Google Analytics):

  • your name, email and phone number, if you provide them, so the chat remembers you on a later visit to this site;
  • a marker noting that you have already seen the chat’s one-time greeting prompt this session, so it is not shown to you again.

You can clear any of this at any time through your browser’s own privacy or site-data settings.

How long we keep data

Enquiries, bookings and chat transcripts sent to our team by email are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for our own business records. If you would like us to delete personal data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Contact@aisynergy.my. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
