We are building a bench of HRD Corp-certified freelance trainers for specific programmes. Register once, and we will come to you when a matching client booking comes in.

How This Works

Straightforward, and Honest About the Timing

We are registering interest ahead of demand, not filling a vacancy today. Being on the bench means we contact you when a client books a programme you are certified to deliver.

We Bring the Client

You are not selling. We handle the client relationship, the HRD Corp claim paperwork and the logistics — you deliver the training.

You Set Your Rate

Tell us your day rate up front. We would rather know your real number now than negotiate it under time pressure when a booking lands.

No Commitment Either Way

Registering is not a contract and not an exclusivity arrangement. We will be equally clear if there is no booking that fits you.

Before you start, have these ready

  • Your CV or trainer profile (PDF, JPG or PNG — or a shareable link)
  • Your accreditation certificate — HRD Corp TTT if you have it, or another relevant certification
  • Links to any recordings of you training (YouTube, Drive, Vimeo)
  • Your day rate, and whether it includes preparation and travel

Tell us what you're accredited in — HRD Corp TTT if you have it, or another relevant certification. Not every programme requires HRD Corp TTT specifically (Power BI and Excel, for instance, are usually judged on Microsoft certification instead).

HRD Corp TTT, Microsoft, or another certification number. Leave blank if not applicable.

Especially for Power BI and Excel — e.g. PL-300, Microsoft Office Specialist, Google or AWS certifications.

Matters for the manufacturing/QA and finance programmes in particular.
